It is well known that sleep affects every aspect of your life. That nighttime wellness routine like reading and meditation promotes better sleep quality. Quality sleep is crucial for physical health as it allows the body to repair and regenerate cells--What!? Yes, sleep helps your body repair and build! So start getting more ZzZzss, at minimum of 8-10 hours a night! #stopthescroll
